Phase I presented us with food for thought as it relates to social networking and keeping abreast of current and emerging technological trends. Share your thoughts on any of the tools you were introduced to on Friday June 27, 2008. This session was specifically designed to encourage us to rethink who we are as educators. As a group we answered the questions below.

1. What skills do you need as an educator?
2. What skills do you need as an individual?
3. What skills will our students need to be successful in higher education and ultimately their careers?
